This site exists to describe the company and to let you contact us. It collects as little as a website can.

What this site collects
Nothing that identifies you when you browse. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking scripts, loads no third-party resources and embeds no social media widgets. Fonts, images, styles and scripts are served from this domain only.
The web server records standard access logs — the requested address, date and time, the response status, the browser type and the IP address of the request. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working and are deleted automatically after a limited period.
When you write to us
If you send us an e-mail, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message. We use them only to answer you and keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal record-keeping obligations. We do not add you to mailing lists and we do not share your data with third parties, except with the payment processors mentioned below when your request concerns an order.
Orders on the product websites
Purchases of our products are made on the product websites and processed by FastSpring and PayPro Global as merchants of record. Their handling of your data is described in their own privacy policies, and each product website has its own privacy policy covering evaluation downloads and support.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, for its correction or deletion, for a restriction of processing, or object to processing. Write to office@nolimitsoftware.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Romania the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
